Club de Reparadores
Traveling community repair events.
We brought Club de Reparadores to Uruguay, an initiative that promotes repair as part of the circular economy. Through traveling community repair events, we connect skilled repairers and volunteers with local communities to extend the life of everyday objects, share knowledge and prevent waste.
Results
We have held more than 45 events and built a network of over 30 volunteer repairers, with community editions and new repair communities across the country. Together, we have also prevented thousands of kilograms of waste.
